Another home maintenance job completed!
I just wrapped up a project helping a local client get their home ready for the closing table. An inspection turned up a few common issues, and we knocked them out quickly to keep the sale moving forward smoothly:
• Performed a full dryer vent cleaning from the dryer to the exterior vent, removing built-up lint to improve airflow and reduce a potential fire hazard.
• Repaired and stabilized a loose exterior handrail by tightening and repairing the anchor bolts.
• Installed and repaired sections of the crawl space vapor barrier to help protect against ground moisture.
• Serviced several casement windows by cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting the hardware so they open, close, and latch smoothly.
